Returns and Refunds Policy
This Returns and Refunds Policy complies with U.S. federal consumer protection regulations and the California Civil Code’s retail disclosure requirements, and applies to all orders placed by U.S. customers.
This policy applies only to individual retail orders. Separate sales agreements govern wholesale/B2B bulk orders and are not subject to this retail returns and refunds policy.
Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery. All returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging, accessories, and tags.
Unauthorized returns, as well as items showing signs of installation, wear, damage, modification, or misuse, will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Return Authorization
All returns must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) in advance. Before shipping any items back, please contact official@aiwsh.com with your order number to receive return instructions. Unauthorized returns will be refused.
All return packages must clearly display the assigned RMA number on the outside of the package.
Return Shipping Terms
Free return shipping is available for defective items, shipping damage, or incorrect shipments.
For returns requested due to personal preference or a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees for the original order are non-refundable.
Inspection and Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether your return request has been approved or denied. Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Delays caused by bank processing are beyond our control.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately and provide photos of the outer packaging and the product so we can process your claim.
Statutory Consumer Rights
This policy does not deprive customers of their statutory consumer rights under the laws of their respective U.S. states.
